About the Role
As a Manager in the Leasing Advisory division, you will contribute to business expansion and customer satisfaction through recruitment activities, client management, and contract work related to office building leasing. This is a highly rewarding position where you can directly address the challenges of owners and companies while leveraging your sales capabilities. Performance will be evaluated based on individual and team goal achievement, with a compensation system designed to reward results. Responsibilities
- Conducting proposal-based sales and relationship building with corporate clients, addressing needs such as office relocation or expansion for approximately 20 corporate clients at any given time.
- Building long-term trust by deeply understanding client challenges and providing optimal solutions.
- Strengthening partnerships with owners and investors through regular information exchange on market trends with major owners, asset managers, investors, and property management companies.
- Driving negotiations and strategic leasing activities to acquire new leasing properties.
- Creating and presenting attractive tenant property materials.
- Utilizing the internal database to provide prompt and accurate information.
- Acquiring knowledge of surrounding market rents, competitor buildings, and the latest workplace trends to enhance proposal capabilities.
- Promoting operational efficiency in sales activities through the maintenance and improvement of the database.
- Providing comprehensive consulting services through collaboration with other departments.
- Contributing to the maximization of organizational performance through support and information sharing with team members.
Requirements
- Practical experience in office building leasing.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a commitment to results.
- Emphasis on teamwork and collaboration with team members.
- Excellent logical thinking and communication skills, enabling smooth collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Possession of a licensed real estate broker qualification and other real estate-related qualifications is a plus.
- Native-level Japanese proficiency.
- Business-level English proficiency is desirable.
