About the Role
Lead a talented team responsible for delivering reliable, scalable and secure platform outcomes while driving meaningful transformation. Working closely with business and technology leaders, you’ll help prioritise what matters most, build strong partnerships and create better experiences for customers, partners and colleagues. Responsibilities
- Lead platform delivery and operations teams to deliver strategic technology outcomes while maintaining stable, reliable and high performing platforms.
- Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders to shape, prioritise and sequence delivery demand aligned to organisational goals.
- Collaborate with architects, technical leaders and product owners to develop solutions that support future focused technology roadmaps.
- Drive workforce planning, capability development and partner management to ensure the right skills and capacity are available when needed.
- Champion engineering best practices, automation and use of AI and continuous improvement to enhance delivery quality, efficiency and operational excellence.
- Oversee platform reliability, performance and service outcomes while effectively managing risks, issues and delivery dependencies.
Requirements
- Experience leading technology delivery and platform operations through people and teams.
- Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Capability to balance strategic planning with day-to-day delivery priorities.
- Experience developing talent, fostering growth and creating high performing teams.
- Confidence working with delivery partners and managing outcomes through collaboration.
- A customer focused mindset with a passion for innovation, continuous improvement and learning.
- Knowledge of contemporary technology delivery practices, with relevant qualifications viewed favourably.
