Responsibilities
- Creating memorable moments for our guests through our premium prime steaks, best-in-class seafood and innovative plant-based entrees.
- Maintaining industry leading food safety, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Proper storage of products in the walk-in cooler and walk-in freezer.
- Keeping the dry storage organized.
- Cleaning and maintaining your station on the line.
- Monitoring ticket times and food quality.
- Working well with a team of others in a positive and fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum one year of previous restaurant experience as a line cook.
