About the Role
Join Splitsville as a General Manager and take on a highly autonomous role with the power to shape and influence the business. This position offers significant investment in your career development and opportunities for growth within a financially stable company with exciting expansion plans.
Responsibilities
- Run busy centres, creating a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for team and guests.
- Drive financial and commercial performance across bar, diner, amusements, and bowling.
- Deliver on all budget areas and KPIs to drive profit performance.
- Coach, lead, motivate, and inspire teams to deliver outstanding service.
Requirements
- Experience as a hands-on General Manager, ideally in leisure, hospitality, or retail.
- Experience managing a budget of at least $1m.
- A relentless approach to delivering the best operational standards.
- Evidence of optimizing sales and performance of a business unit.
- A passion for people, with evidence of coaching, developing, and progressing teams.
- An empathetic and compassionate approach.
- Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability.
- Willingness to work nights and weekends.
- Possession of Smart Serve (ON), Serve it Right (SK), Pro Serve (AB), Serving it Right (BC).
- Possession of a Food Handlers Certificate.
