About the Role
Iberia Foods is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associate to join our team, responsible for ensuring efficient warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing products.
Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming products and materials, verifying accuracy against purchase orders.
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to established procedures.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and assist with inventory management.
- Identify and report discrepancies or damaged goods.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (certification a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
Education Level
- High school diploma or equivalent.
