About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for your technology area, driving revenue targets and expanding our client base. You will engage directly with clients and candidates, leveraging and growing your professional network to fill freelance and permanent positions. You will also mentor junior colleagues, sharing your expertise.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow your assigned technology sector with a dedicated revenue target.
- Acquire new clients at the decision-maker level and expand existing framework agreements and key accounts.
- Engage in regular face-to-face meetings with clients and candidates at their locations, our office, and industry trade fairs.
- Utilize and strategically expand your network of clients and candidates.
- Fill freelance projects and permanent positions independently and transfer your knowledge to junior team members.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in IT recruitment with a proven track record of high sales.
- An existing network of clients and candidates in the IT sector.
- Strong business development skills with a demonstrated ability to build your own client portfolios.
- A preference for in-person client meetings and on-site client engagement.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
