About the Role

IQM is seeking a strategic, hands-on Associate Director of Product Management to lead our Healthcare vertical. You will own the product strategy and roadmap for IQM’s healthcare portfolio, starting with products that help pharmaceutical and life sciences brands and their agencies reach and engage healthcare providers (HCPs), and expanding into direct-to-consumer (DTC) and patient audiences over time. This is the first dedicated product leadership role for IQM’s healthcare vertical.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, multi-year strategy, and roadmap for IQM’s healthcare portfolio, starting with HCP and provider-focused products for pharma brands and agencies and extending into DTC and patient audiences.
  • Decide where IQM should build, partner, or improve what already exists.
  • Run structured discovery with pharma brand teams, healthcare agencies, media buyers, data partners, and IQM’s healthcare sellers.
  • Separate recurring market needs from one-off requests, and bring an independent read of the market back to the team.
  • Turn customer and market problems into clear requirements, use cases, acceptance criteria, and success metrics.
  • Prioritize based on evidence: customer impact, revenue potential, feasibility, compliance risk, and launch timing.
  • Own products built on provider and clinician data, including NPI-level identity, specialty and practice-setting targeting, audience construction, onboarding, and activation.
  • Evaluate data quality (coverage, match rates, freshness, scale) and assess potential data partners.
  • Improve how healthcare customers forecast, plan, activate, and measure campaigns across channels.
  • Own requirements for reporting and HCP measurement that are transparent, defensible, and useful to brand and agency teams.
  • Build FDA promotional requirements, platform policies, and health-data privacy obligations (including HIPAA, where patient data is involved) into product design from the start, working with Legal and Compliance early.
  • Lead products from discovery through release and adoption, working closely with engineering, data science, design, and QA teams across North America and India.
  • Give teams the context and clarity to move quickly without waiting on you.
  • Define success metrics, track adoption and customer outcomes, and partner with Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing so what we ship is used and drives revenue.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across healthcare or pharma marketing technology, health data, programmatic media, or product management, with the most recent 3 to 5 years owning product strategy and roadmap at a senior or director level.
  • Direct experience in the pharma, life sciences, healthcare agency, health data, or healthcare advertising ecosystem.
  • Understand how pharma brands and agencies plan and buy HCP media.
  • Strong understanding of HCP targeting and data: NPI-based audiences, specialty and prescriber targeting, endemic and non-endemic channels, and how HCP campaigns are measured.
  • A track record of defining what needs to be built, setting the execution plan, and delivering it with engineering teams, including teams in other locations and time zones.
  • Comfortable in front of customers; able to lead a discovery conversation with a brand team or agency and walk away with a point of view, not just a list of requests.
  • Experience working in a regulated, deadline-driven environment where errors carry real consequences.
  • Analytical, organized, and comfortable making sound decisions with incomplete information.
  • Clear written and verbal communicator across technical, commercial, and executive audiences.
