About the Role
Triatomic Capital seeks AI-native and deeply technical Investment Principals to identify, evaluate, and support founders building the next-generation compute stack. This role involves leveraging AI tools for sourcing, diligence, and internal workflow management.
Responsibilities
- Source companies using agentic pipelines and personal networks.
- Lead technical and business diligence on companies in areas like physics, chips, infrastructure, and models.
- Utilize agents to expedite reference checks, market landscape analysis, and financial modeling.
- Draft investment memos and present investment theses to GPs.
- Design and maintain internal agentic workflows for research, sourcing, diligence, and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with founders and portfolio companies post-investment.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree in science, engineering, physics, or math.
- Genuine interest in investing; prior experience not required.
- Fluency with current AI tools, including general-purpose and vertical-specific agents.
- Strong network of relationships with startup founders, early employees, and leaders in large technology companies (hyperscalers, neoclouds, chipmakers, AI labs, techbio).
- Demonstrated curiosity, rigor, and ability to form and defend investment viewpoints.
