About the Role
Triatomic Capital seeks AI-native, deeply technical Investment Principals to identify, evaluate, and support companies at the intersection of technology and life sciences. This role involves leveraging AI tools for sourcing, diligence, and decision-making, as well as building and maintaining internal agentic workflows.
Responsibilities
- Source companies using agentic pipelines and personal networks.
- Lead technical and business diligence, focusing on chemistry, biology, data, and models.
- Utilize agents to expedite reference checks, market landscape analysis, and financial modeling.
- Draft investment committee decks and present investment theses.
- Design and maintain internal agentic workflows for research, sourcing, diligence, and portfolio management.
- Collaborate with founders and portfolio companies post-investment.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Medicine (Masters or above).
- Genuine interest in investing; prior investing experience not required.
- Fluency with current AI tools, including general-purpose and vertical-specific agents.
- Strong network of relationships with startup founders, early employees, and leaders in large technology companies.
- Demonstrated curiosity, rigor, and ability to form and defend investment views.
