About the Role
For a tenant fit-out of approx. 3,000 m² for a tech company in a central Berlin location, we are looking for support. You will accompany the project from planning to handover with a focus on site supervision/construction management and, if applicable, execution planning/tendering, closely supported by management. If you have primarily planned so far and now want to take on more responsibility on the construction site, this is the right step.
Responsibilities
- Focus on site supervision (Phase 8)/construction management: Coordination of trades, schedule and cost control, quality assurance on site, minute-taking
- Execution planning (Phase 5) in Archicad
- Tendering and awarding (Phases 6-7) including AVA
- Coordination with companies and other specialist planners
- Depending on interest, also participation in early phases on other projects
Requirements
- Completed architectural studies
- Several years of professional experience in planning, ideally also site supervision/construction management and a desire to expand this area
- Confident use of Archicad, MS Office / Excel, preferably also knowledge of AVA programs or Planradar
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken
- Initiative and sense of responsibility, organizational and communication skills
