About the Role
Join a B2B growth and lead generation team as a working student, supporting outbound campaigns and workflow automation for client projects. You will build hands-on experience with modern GTM tools while learning from experienced GTM Engineers.
Responsibilities
- Build and enrich lead lists using data signals such as funding activity, job changes, and software usage.
- Write personalized email and LinkedIn outreach sequences for B2B campaigns.
- Automate workflows and processes using tools such as n8n and AI-assisted development tools.
- Collaborate with GTM Engineers on client projects and contribute to campaign execution.
- Develop your understanding of GTM strategy through practical work and mentorship.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled at a university and available 15 to 20 hours per week for at least 12 months, with flexibility around exams.
- Some practical experience with GTM, outbound, automation, or AI tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, or Claude Code.
- Native-level German proficiency and clear, persuasive writing skills.
- Analytical, structured, self-directed, and comfortable learning new tools independently.
- Experience writing personalized B2B email or LinkedIn outreach is useful.
- Familiarity with no-code automation or basic Python or JavaScript programming is a plus.
- Experience in a startup or consulting environment is also beneficial.
