About the Role
The International Partnerships Manager is responsible for the performance of the international agent booking channel across our Student Division, covering Chapter (London) and Canvas (UK-wide). You will track how direct and agent channels contribute to occupancy, manage day-to-day relationships with international agent partners, and deliver clear, data-led insight on bookings, commission exposure and cost of acquisition. You will work closely with colleagues in Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Operations to make sure international channel activity aligns with pricing strategy, inventory and portfolio occupancy targets.
Responsibilities

- Produces the weekly agent performance update for Chapter and Canvas, covering YTD referrals and week on week bookings against same time last year.
- Maintains reporting frameworks that track channel mix, booking performance and cost per acquisition by partner, city and site.
- Runs structured partner review cycles and holds partners to agreed targets.
- Identifies performance gaps early and agrees corrective actions with the relevant internal teams.
- Manages current agent partnerships and supports the development of new partnerships in target countries.
- Provides excellent service to partners, responding to queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Keeps partners up to date on availability, pricing, commission terms and booking processes.
- Supports commission tracking and reconciliation, working with Finance on approvals and payments.
- Analyses booking trends, market demand and competitor positioning to identify opportunities and risks.
- Contributes to the optimisation of channel mix, balancing occupancy growth against acquisition cost.
- Provides recommendations on commission, incentives and marketing spend, supported by clear data.
- Collaborates with Marketing, Commercial, Finance and Operations to align channel activity with campaign timelines, pricing strategy and operational capacity.
- Supports the planning and delivery of agent events, partner visits and conferences, presenting Greystar brand properties where required.
- Feeds channel insight into leasing strategy and the annual planning cycle.
- Maintains accurate partner and booking records in the relevant systems.
- Follows established policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational standards.
- Identifies areas for improvement, offers suggestions to improve efficiency and productivity, and implements ideas that achieve operational excellence.
- Keeps abreast of changes in international student recruitment, agent markets and industry practice.
