Join Home Healthcare Connected as a Care Assistant in Morden. You'll be supporting our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live longer, healthier, and happier lives in their own homes. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference every day.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing
- Managing medications
- Cooking or preparing hot meals
- Helping with domestic tasks
- Providing companionship, reassurance, and joy to clients
