About the Role

A loving family seeks an energetic, routine-driven morning nanny and mother's helper to manage the morning rush for their three children. The role focuses on establishing a calm, structured routine for seamless departures and includes light household organization. The position offers approximately 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with potential for collaboration with an afternoon nanny.

Responsibilities

Prepare breakfast for two older children (ages 7 and 5) and ensure they are ready for the school bus.
Prepare baby led weaning foods for the 10-month-old and take her to daycare.
Implement a calm, structured routine to replace morning chaos.
Tidy up breakfast, manage the dishwasher, handle baby's laundry, and vacuum after children are dropped off.
Maintain a positive relationship with the afternoon nanny.

Requirements

Legally allowed to work in the US.
Experience with infants (under 1 year) and school-aged children.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
Ability to provide excellent references.
Proven ability to implement schedules and manage a strict morning timeline.
Ability to take direction well and value open communication.
Looking for a long-term commitment.
Must live close to the family's residence for reliable, early morning arrivals.
