About the Role
Join Home Healthcare Connected as a Care Assistant in Croydon, supporting our mission to transform social care and enable more people to live healthier, happier lives at home. This service assists individuals recently discharged from the hospital, helping them regain independence. Your work will directly contribute to clients' progress and recovery, offering a rewarding experience.
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care including continence support, washing and dressing
- Managing medications
- Cooking or preparing hot meals
- Helping with domestic tasks
- Providing companionship, reassurance, and joy to clients
Requirements
- Must have a driving licence
- Must have access to a vehicle for work
- Must have the right to work in the UK
- Role is subject to a DBS check
