About the Role

As Director, Talent Acquisition, EMEA, you will provide dedicated regional support for senior and difficult-to-fill property leadership roles across EMEA. You will identify, engage and attract high-calibre external talent, build sustainable pipelines and strengthen external succession planning for business-critical roles.

Responsibilities

  • Lead proactive sourcing and engagement for priority senior and difficult-to-fill property leadership roles across EMEA, particularly Executive Committee and Department Head positions.
  • Build, maintain and actively cultivate regional and global talent pools for priority roles, functions and geographies.
  • Conduct proactive competitor market mapping to build Rosewood-owned intelligence on talent availability, mobility and relevant market dynamics.
  • Partner with property Directors of Talent & Culture and hiring managers to sharpen role briefings, candidate calibration and search strategies before roles go to market.
  • Deliver a seamless candidate experience from initial approach through offer, with consistent communication and engagement throughout the recruitment process.
  • Represent the Make the Place employer brand consistently across recruitment experiences and external talent engagement.
  • Reduce preventable agency dependency through stronger direct sourcing, talent pooling and market intelligence, while advising when external agency support is appropriate.
  • Partner with senior leadership, Rewards and the Global Talent Acquisition team to inform competitive packages and embed consistent, competency-based selection practices across EMEA.

Requirements

  • You bring strong talent acquisition, executive-search or headhunting expertise and know how to identify, approach and engage senior and passive talent.
  • You have recruited senior leadership roles and can turn market mapping and talent-pooling activity into practical search strategies.
  • You build trusted partnerships with regional leaders, property Talent & Culture teams and hiring managers across different functions and geographies.
  • You create a thoughtful, consistent candidate experience through clear communication and strong relationship management.
  • You use market intelligence to strengthen candidate calibration, sourcing decisions and talent discussions.
  • You confidently advise hiring teams on role briefings, interviewing, candidate calibration and candidate management.
  • You are adaptable and highly organised, able to manage multiple searches and priorities while taking ownership and maintaining momentum.
  • You communicate with credibility and influence, connect across diverse backgrounds and bring strategic thinking, integrity and business acumen to your work.
