About the Role

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the interior and exterior physical appearance and upkeep of assigned housing units, ensuring they meet Housing Visions standards for integrity and quality through safe oversight and completion of work orders, turnovers, and projects. This role requires timely communication of significant incidents, issues, or concerns to the Property Manager.

Responsibilities

Oversee the interior and exterior physical appearance and upkeep of assigned housing units.
Ensure assigned units and buildings meet Housing Visions standards for integrity and quality.
Manage and complete work orders, turnovers, and projects in a safe manner.
Communicate significant incidents, issues, and concerns to the Property Manager in a timely manner.

Requirements

Must be available for rotating on-call for evenings and weekends.
