- TF Cornerstone (TFC) is a privately held vertically integrated real estate development company with a commitment to long-term multi-generational ownership. The Company’s portfolio consists of approximately 9,500 apartments in NYC and 3 million square feet of Office and Retail space split between NYC, Washington DC, and Philadelphia. In addition, the Company is currently in the design and construction phase of an additional 2,000 apartment units at two large-scale developments in Long Island City and Brooklyn as well as a super-tall mixed-use office and hotel development adjacent to Grand Central Terminal.
