About the Role
AIM is seeking an EISEP (Expanded In-home Services for the Elderly) Caregiver to join our mission-driven organization. Our growing team is offering a great benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Assist people with disabilities in completing daily living activities.
- Perform grooming.
- Assist with mobility/transfers.
- Assist with dressing.
- Perform housekeeping.
- Engage in wellness activities.
- Run community errands.
- Assist with cooking.
- Assist with toileting.
- Assist with hygiene.
- Perform tasks as stated on the individual care plan.
Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Provide documentation supporting authorization to work in the USA.
- Complete forms, including annual health screening, annual TB testing, and any follow-up criminal background checks as needed.
- Complete MMR Vaccination (measles, mumps, and rubella) or Titer Evaluation.
- Ability to effectively interact and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Flexibility and ability to manage a complex workload in varied work environments.
- Willingness to travel to Consumer homes.
- Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
