About the Role
Four Winds Hospital is seeking a nurse manager to lead the nursing staff on one of our inpatient cottages. Our nurse managers work closely with our clinical staff to provide a nurturing and safe environment for our psychiatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Manage a safe and therapeutic milieu for patients.
- Serve as a clinical role model, providing leadership, teaching, and supervision to unit nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the unit Program Director and Medical Director to deliver a team approach to patient care.
Requirements
- Active NYS RN license
- 2 years of nursing leadership or nursing experience

Salary/Compensations
- Starting at $106,400
- Additional compensation for formal certification in bilingual language proficiency
