About the Role

Responsibilities
- Document an appropriate patient history containing pertinent patient information regarding their condition and including patient limitations
- Prepare patient for procedure providing instruction and education
- Select and operate equipment; recognize essential condition for successful completion of procedure
- Perform Medical Assistant duties when required such as cast removal, stitches and staple removal, dressing changes and other patient needs
- Assist physician in patient care as requested
- Other responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Minimum of graduation from an accredited school in radiologic technology
- Unrestricted NYS Radiologic Technologist license in NYS
- ARRT Certification
- CPR/BLS preferred
