About the Role
Tioga Downs is seeking a dependable and trustworthy Count Room Associate to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who values accuracy, accountability, and teamwork while handling large volumes of currency in a secure, fast-paced environment. You will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity of gaming operations by ensuring all count room processes are handled with precision and in compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a thorough working knowledge of Gaming Commission rules, regulations, and company policies
- Ensure the integrity of all Soft Count transactions
- Participate in drop box collection and money counting procedures
- Complete all required accounting and documentation for Poker, Slot, and Table Games (cash, vouchers, and coupons)
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Must be available for flexible scheduling, including weekends, holidays, and extended hours
