About the Role
Crisafulli Bros. Home Services is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Associate to join our office in Albany, NY.
Responsibilities
- Answer calls professionally and build strong relationships through prompt, accurate service.
- Verify customer and invoice information for accuracy; resolve invoicing questions and customer concerns, and explain pricing and payment terms.
- Review and accurately invoice daily work orders, ensuring materials, labor, and equipment are properly accounted for.
- Follow up on invoice issues and document customer interactions.
