- Monitor damage processing and ensure merchandise is documented, handled, and removed from sellable inventory according to company procedures.
- Identify recurring NewStore inventory issues and escalate unresolved discrepancies with clear supporting information.
- Support consistent execution of the Operations Manual and maintain best practices for stockroom organization, merchandise care, and inventory handling.
- Review stockroom standards during store visits and partner with store leaders to improve organization and workflow.
- Provide hands-on guidance and operational retraining on receiving, transfers, cycle counts, and related NewStore processes.
- Ensure store teams check returned or handled merchandise before restoring it to sellable stock, following company procedures.
- Coordinate store pulls for PR requests, communicating requirements and tracking product pulls, transfers, shipping, and returns as applicable.
