About the Role
As a Retail Sales Associate, you will help provide the best customer experience and technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services offered by My Wireless. Every day, you'll work in an energetic environment with customers and colleagues that appreciate your dedication and commitment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, educating them on available AT&T products and services.
- Guide customers through the buying process.
- Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&T standards.
- Help customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service.
- Train and develop skills to become a top Retail Sales Associate, leading to management opportunities.
- Maintain a fun, clean, and exciting work environment.
- Work as a team member to exceed personal and team goals.
- Participate in marketing activities to maximize selling opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be at minimum 18 years of age.
- Legally able to be employed in the US.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a retail or customer-facing sales environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience prospecting through outbound calls.
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift and move objects up to 10 pounds.
- Ability to reach with hands and arms.
- Ability to climb ladders, balance on ladders, stoop, kneel, crouch.
- Dexterity for fine handling of display materials and merchandise.
- Specific vision abilities for working with small parts and looking at computer screens for prolonged periods.
