About the Role
Consult virtually with individuals and families requesting information about long-term financial and family protection plans. This role involves working with warm leads, offering comprehensive paid training, and setting up clients for success.
Responsibilities
- Follow up promptly with warm leads who have requested information on protection plans.
- Schedule and conduct virtual consultations via video conference to review client needs.
- Customize and adjust protection plans to fit the specific goals of each family.
- Establish, maintain, and nurture long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct annual account reviews and assist clients with claims or policy adjustments.
- Provide attentive customer service and resolve client inquiries efficiently.
- Manage administrative updates and ensure all client documentation is accurate and complete.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- High level of self-motivation, organization, and a strong entrepreneurial drive.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as a collaborative team player.
- A quiet, dedicated home office space with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
- Previous experience in sales, customer success, account management, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
