About the Role
Arnoff Moving & Storage is seeking a dependable and safety-minded Warehouse Associate to join our growing fulfillment team. This role offers a late-morning start with a predictable Monday-Friday schedule and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship fulfillment orders accurately and on time.
- Receive and put away incoming inventory.
- Load outbound shipments.
- Maintain stock organization and inventory accuracy.
- Operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
- Use handheld scanners and WMS to track orders and pallets.
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Participate in an emergency fulfillment rotation (paid extra, covers Saturday 5:00 pm through Monday 7:00 am).
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
- A good safety record and strong organizational habits.
- Basic math skills.
- Comfort with email, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must live within a reasonable driving distance for on-call rotation.
Skills
- Forklift operation (training provided).
- Electric pallet jack operation (training provided).
- Warehouse Management System (WMS) usage.
- Mobile scanner usage.
- Inventory management.
- Order fulfillment.
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, Microsoft Office).
