Responsibilities
- Help create positive experiences that help pets feel safe and comfortable during their visit.
- Ensure smooth appointments and procedures to keep patient care moving efficiently.
- Provide exceptional support for doctors, technicians, and fellow team members.
- Facilitate clear communication to help clients feel informed and confident.
- Maintain a clean and organized hospital environment ready for outstanding care.
- Build strong relationships with the pets and families who trust us with their care.
Requirements
- Passion for working with animals.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous veterinary assistant experience preferred.
- Interest in growing within veterinary medicine.
- Familiarity with animal handling and restraint techniques.
