About the Role
Imperial Cleaning is seeking a Project Manager to oversee cleaning projects within the tri-state area. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish skills and involves managing daily cleaning, special projects, and staff.
Responsibilities
- Completing daily cleaning and special projects as scheduled.
- Performing deep cleaning of commercial buildings/facilities.
- Reporting deficiencies and safety hazards to management.
- Taking before and after photos of work.
- Submitting daily reports to the regional team.
- Managing construction cleanups.
- Performing carpet extractions.
- Performing strip and wax, and buffing of floors.
- Conducting pressure washing.
- Performing window cleaning.
- Performing hi-low dusting.
- Conducting general office cleaning.
- Training and recruiting cleaning staff.
- Reporting hours to payroll.
- Working flexible hours, including potential emergency nights and weekends.
Requirements
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
