Manage a team of 3 or more paralegals executing employment-based immigration matters for diverse organizations. Collaborate with attorneys and client services directors, and guide professionals through the immigration process.
Responsibilities
- Manage a team of 3 or more paralegals
- Execute employment-based immigration matters
- Work with attorneys and client services directors
- Communicate with scientists, researchers, human resources professionals, and other professionals to establish eligibility for immigration benefits
- Guide professionals through the immigration process
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in all types of nonimmigrant and immigrant cases
- Experience with PERM Applications
- Ability to apply complex rules and procedures
