About the Role
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Bartender to provide exceptional beverage service to bar guests. If you’re a pro at crafting drinks and delivering top-tier customer service, this is your chance to shine!
Responsibilities
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures.
- Mix and serve beverages in a service station capacity to servers promptly and efficiently.
- Accurately account for all revenue from beverage sales.
- Receive, issue, and keep records of liquor and supplies.
- Maintain a neat and clean bar station.
- Knowledge of the Dram Shop Act and bartender responsibilities.
- Participate as a team member with beverage servers, barbacks, utilities, supervisors, and other associates to ensure efficient operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of two to three years previous experience required.
- Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
- Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
