About the Role
Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to service, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC equipment for clients in Syracuse, NY.
Responsibilities
- Service all HVAC equipment according to an established service schedule
- Ensure work is completed within company standards and acceptable time frames
- Troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on-site
- Partner with business owners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC needs
- Accurately document all work completed according to company policy
- Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC or related experience
- EPA – Universal Certification preferred
- OSHA 10-hour Construction Course preferred
- Valid driver’s license / clean driving record required
- Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
