About the Role
Fresh off a $225M Series C, Beacon is acquiring companies at pace and requires a Senior Technical Recruiter to operate at velocity without sacrificing quality. This role will own full-cycle recruiting across engineering and product for Beacon and its portfolio companies, partnering directly with technical leaders to build teams in markets like Toronto, San Francisco, and New York.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from first outreach to signed offer across engineering, product, and adjacent functions.
- Partner directly with engineering and product leaders to build hiring strategies.
- Utilize creative sourcing methods including LinkedIn, GitHub, niche communities, personal networks, and AI-assisted tooling.
- Maintain operational rigor using Ashby, ensuring clean pipelines, tight feedback loops, and disciplined processes.
- Navigate compensation conversations and competing offers effectively.
- Contribute to brand building by telling the Beacon story in hiring markets.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience with a track record of senior engineering hires.
- Comfort in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
- Technical fluency to calibrate on engineering talent.
- Polished and authentic communication skills for all stages of outreach and negotiation.
- Self-direction with strong prioritization and time management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby or Greenhouse.
- BA/BS degree.
