About the Role
Beacon is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for engineering and product roles across the company and its portfolio businesses. This role requires operating at high velocity without sacrificing quality, partnering directly with technical leaders to build teams in key markets.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting from initial outreach to offer acceptance for engineering, product, and adjacent functions.
- Partner with engineering and product leaders to develop effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize creative sourcing methods beyond LinkedIn, including GitHub, niche communities, personal networks, and AI-assisted tools.
- Maintain operational rigor using Ashby, ensuring clean pipelines, tight feedback loops, and disciplined processes.
- Manage compensation discussions and competing offers effectively.
- Contribute to brand building by promoting the Beacon story to potential candidates.
Requirements
- 7+ years of technical recruiting experience with a proven track record of successful senior engineering hires.
- Comfort working in high-growth, fast-changing environments.
- Technical fluency to assess engineering talent independently.
- Polished and authentic communication skills for all candidate interactions.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and deliver results with minimal supervision.
- Hands-on experience with Ashby or Greenhouse.
- BA/BS degree.
