About the Role
The Gyle Hotel is seeking an experienced Hotel Receptionist to manage check-ins and check-outs, handle reservations, and ensure prompt guest assistance. The ideal candidate will be passionate about 5-star service and possess superb organizational and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Manage arrivals, check-in & check out smoothly and efficiently to the highest customer service level.
- Act as a system superuser, updating guests’ history and managing room rates.
- Be knowledgeable regarding company services, standards & products.
- Be commercially and financially astute.
- Be flexible on working hours and duties.
- Maintain guests’ records up to date at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service and unforgettable experiences.
Requirements
- Must have experience using Rezlynx (PMS system).
- Must be passionate, well-presented, and knowledgeable about 5-star service.
- Requires superb organization and communication skills.
- Must ensure the department is adequately briefed at all times.
