About the Role

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive onboarding and training.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and advise on suitable additional services like insurance and upgrades.
- Manage fleet operations, including rentals and damage management.
- Handle vehicle disposition and digital contract creation.
- Collaborate closely with the station team for seamless operations.
Requirements
- Possess a valid Class B driver's license.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for customer service with a friendly and engaging demeanor.
- Ideally have prior experience in sales, hospitality, gastronomy, retail, or car rental.
- Speak fluent German and have good basic English skills or willingness to acquire them.
- Be a communicative team player willing to work weekends and holidays.

Salary/Compensations
- Starting from €1,250 gross per month for 20 hours per week, plus bonus for sales success.
