About the Role
Mace is a global expert in shaping and managing the built environment. We are looking for a Cost Manager to join our team and contribute to our purpose of redefining the boundaries of ambition by creating responsible places with transformative impact.
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates for product manufacturing and construction projects.
- Manage client costs, including cost validation, invoice reconciliation, creation, tracking, and closing of subcontractors.
- Report on Purchase Orders through weekly & monthly reporting.
- Track expense and capital spend.
- Manage invoicing process, creation and uploading of invoices, tracking and management of aged debt.
- Oversee supporting data and sharing to internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Industrial Management, or related field.
- 4 years of post-bachelor’s progressive experience in a related occupation.
- Experience in cost management.
- Experience with Microsoft Suite (MS Office tools).
- Experience with SAP.
- Experience with Ariba.
- Experience with Novartis processes and procedures.
