We are looking for a seasoned Executive Sous Chef who thrives within a mission-driven environment, creates change through culinary innovation, and is a proven and effective leader with the talent and desire to imagine unique, locally-sourced, unforgettable dishes.
Responsibilities
- Ability to demonstrate menu creativity through development and implementation.
- Prior proven ability to lead, supervise and develop pastry and savory teams.
- Willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
