About the Role
Bartenders are the engine of the Front of House, carefully mixing cocktails and pouring drinks for guests. They ensure guests have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish, building relationships at the bar through conversation and situational serving. They champion a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Responsibilities
- Maintains composure and thrives in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
- Builds relationships with regulars at the bar by getting to know their names or chatting about sports.
- Mixes all drinks to Boston Pizza standards.
- Is committed to championing the "Foundations of Hospitality," Boston Pizza's Brand Standards and Food Safety.
- Effectively communicates with the Front of House team to keep drink service moving quickly.
