You will be part of a small management team, jointly responsible for the business's success, with a say in product, pricing, and go-to-market decisions.

  • Partner with product and tech to improve website conversion and evolve brand positioning.
  • Drive total net long-term value from patients by optimizing CAC, average revenue per patient, and retention.
  • Acquire the right patients, not just more patients, and set targets and budgets based on unit economics.
  • Own performance across all channels, including search, SEO, paid social, affiliates, partnerships, referral, offline, and print.
  • Set up attribution, tracking, and reporting from scratch to ensure accountability for all spend.
  • Build awareness and trust in medical cannabis and help reduce stigma through PR strategy.
  • Shape the patient CRM journey to drive engagement and retention in close collaboration with the clinical team.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in marketing, with at least 3 in a senior or Head of role.
  • Experience leading a team of 3 or more.
  • Experience as part of a leadership team.
  • Experience embedding AI in team operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience across search, SEO, paid social, and funnel optimization.
  • Track record of scaling spend at a healthy CAC and LTV:CAC ratio.
  • Experience as an early hire in a founding team, taking a consumer business from launch through rapid scale.
  • Background in D2C subscription, consumer health, or another regulated category (healthcare, pharma, telehealth).
  • Good grasp of repeat-purchase economics, CRM, and advertising within regulatory rules.
  • Ability to think in unit economics and long-term value.
  • Ability to explain financial metrics to non-marketers.
  • Proactive approach to testing, learning, and adapting quickly.
