About the Role
HOACNY is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual to join our professional team as a full-time New Consult Coordinator. This role is crucial in managing incoming referrals and ensuring new patients are scheduled appropriately, working closely with referring offices and physicians. The position is part of a 5-professional team responsible for patient registration and document retrieval to support our clinical team.
Responsibilities
- Accepts all incoming referrals.
- Works closely with referring offices and physicians to ensure new patients are scheduled in an appropriate timeframe for their diagnosis.
- Registers new patients.
- Retrieves necessary documents to provide a complete record for the clinical team.
