About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Chiropractor passionate about providing high-quality, individualized care and building long-term patient relationships. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, a skilled adjuster focused on wellness and correction, and dedicated to helping patients achieve their health goals.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial exams and re-exams, including medical history, focused physical exams, and review of pertinent imaging and documents.
- Take and review diagnostic imaging/X-rays.
- Evaluate findings and determine diagnoses.
- Develop and prepare appropriate treatment plans.
- Educate patients on diagnosis, treatment plans, pre and post-treatment care, lifestyle modifications, take-home exercises, and the benefits of continued chiropractic care.
- Provide chiropractic care including adjustments (Diversified, Gonstead, drops, activator) and soft tissue work, rehab, and various therapies.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation and charting.
- Collaborate with the team and support staff for comprehensive patient care.
- Follow up with patients to ensure treatment goals are met and perform reassessments.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Doctor of Chiropractic program (DC).
- Active Chiropractic license in NY.
