About the Role
Manufacturing Production Workers focus on setting up, operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting manufacturing production equipment. This entry-level position requires little to no prior knowledge or experience, with routine tasks performed under close supervision.
Responsibilities
- Operate machine tool, chemical processing, assembly, or packaging equipment to manufacture products according to production specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards.
- Move, pack, and sort raw materials or finished goods.
- Monitor the quality of output to identify, discard, or re-manufacture faulty products.
- Maintain accurate daily production records as input to manufacturing performance analysis.
- Perform routine tasks following standard procedures.
- Communicate information that requires little explanation or interpretation.
