About the Role
Keystone Human Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide leadership and guidance in addressing the healthcare needs of individuals, working collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the organization's mission.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and guidance to program support teams, contracted providers, and individuals.
- Recognize and care for unique and emerging healthcare needs of individuals served.
- Collaborate with individuals at various organizational levels and external organizations to address medical needs.
- Ensure adherence to Keystone's mission and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Current and valid LPN licensure in Pennsylvania.
- Ability to utilize nursing experience and awareness in all aspects of individual care.
- Ability to apply nursing knowledge and sound judgment during the nursing process.
- High degree of independent functioning with minimal direct supervision.
- Comfort using computers and learning new software or online systems.
- Ability to successfully complete required background checks and clearances.
- Valid Driver's License with daily access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle.
