About the Role
As an LPN at The Living Center North or The Living Center South, you will be supported by a team of empathetic and caring leaders, whose goals are to help you succeed and advance in your career.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct and indirect skilled nursing care for assigned residents.
- Follows defined policies and procedures under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Maintains a collaborative relationship with other nursing staff, physicians, and ancillary staff.
- Maintains an appropriate level of knowledge and clinical expertise through continuing education and in-service programs.
- Shall have the ability to provide care to geriatric residents.
Requirements
- Successful completion of a Practical Nursing Program
- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse License or Limited Permit (we accept new grads)
