The Principal role acts as a fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer, serving as the CEO's trusted advisor to guide their company into the AI era. This role involves winning business, identifying AI opportunities, and mobilizing teams to deliver tangible results.
Responsibilities
- Win the business by converting executive relationships into signed engagements.
- Act as the CEO's fractional Chief AI Transformation Officer, advising on AI strategy and opportunities.
- Mobilize delivery teams to execute projects and ship value.
- Own and grow client relationships beyond the initial project.
Requirements
- Ability to earn executive trust quickly and communicate compellingly.
- Demonstrated learning agility and curiosity to become an expert in new topics within 90 days.
- Strategic and business acumen to identify enterprise value creation through AI.
- Relationship-driven approach to build and maintain high-trust, long-term partnerships.
- Ability to act as a supportive partner to engineering and PM teams.
- Revenue instinct with commercial drive and finesse to close business.
