Responsibilities
- Lead the launch across product, technology, commercial, and operational capabilities.
- Prove and scale the model using customer and commercial insight.
- Own growth, financial performance, investment decisions, and resource allocation.
Requirements
- Prior digital start-up experience.
- Experience building, launching, and/or scaling a start-up, venture, or high-growth business.
- Strong commercial orientation, with accountability for growth and business performance.
- Exposure to subscription businesses and fintech.
- A hands-on approach and ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity.
- Strong judgment and decision-making.
