About the Role
As part of IQVIA, Aposphäre is a leading information and service provider for the life science industry. Since 2016, we have been training pharmacy staff on behalf of renowned pharmaceutical manufacturers. We impart knowledge about medicines and active ingredients, and we train all topics related to customer advice, sales, and POS. All our trainers are trained PTAs with pharmacy experience who understand the challenges of the trainees from practice and advise them at eye level. With this concept, we are on a successful course and are looking forward to more cheerful team members in permanent employment.
Responsibilities
- Independently manage pharmacies in your area and continuously expand your pharmacy network.
- Conduct on-site training sessions on well-known OTC products and medicines.
- Impart knowledge, enhance consulting competence, and achieve sales increases at the POS with applicable solutions.
- Support pharmacy partners from concept to implementation for advertising promotions and campaigns.
- Utilize innovative learning methods and tools in training sessions.
- Schedule appointments and plan tours independently.
Requirements
- Trained PTA with several years of professional experience in a pharmacy.
- Enjoy continuously expanding expertise in medicines and medical products.
- Open, communicative, and confident personality.
- Strong ability to impart knowledge and explain complex contexts.
- Appreciates independence and can organize oneself and one's work independently.
