About the Role
As a Room Attendant, you will ensure the cleanliness of guest rooms and deliver memorable experiences that make every guest's stay exceptional.
Responsibilities
- Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed.
- Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed.
- Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in the Housekeeping department.
- Prior housekeeping or room attendant experience preferred, especially in hospitality.
- Ability to maintain high cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks (e.g., lifting, bending, standing for long periods).
- Courteous and professional when interacting with guests.
- Efficient in completing tasks within set timeframes.
- Works well with housekeeping and other hotel departments.
- Available to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.
