About the Role

We are hiring our first dedicated marketing and growth lead for LatAm, starting with Brazil. You will own how OpenArt reaches, earns the trust of, and grows with creators in your market. You will decide which audiences to prioritize, which channels to invest in, which partnerships to build, and how to turn local interest into active users and paying customers. You should have spent years working in the market and be closely connected to its creative and digital culture. This is a hands-on role with broad ownership, comfortable setting a regional plan, writing campaign copy, recruiting creators, organizing a workshop, and reviewing conversion data. You will work closely with our global Growth, Product, Creative, and Marketing teams to bring that plan to life. You will also prioritize expansion into additional markets across the region, building local partnerships and language support as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Set regional strategy, priorities, goals, channel plans, and budgets.
  • Use local insights and performance data to guide investment and scale what works.
  • Execute regional campaigns and launches across social, content, paid acquisition, and relevant local channels.
  • Adapt global launches with messaging, creative, and use cases that resonate.
  • Build local creator relationships and run partnerships, workshops, meetups, and community programs.
  • Drive adoption, advocacy, and referrals.
  • Localize messaging, creative, website, and product experience to feel natural to local users while staying consistent with OpenArt’s global brand.
  • Bring user feedback and growth opportunities to the global team.
  • Partner on improvements to onboarding, conversion, and retention.
  • Manage local agencies and partners against clear expectations.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in marketing, growth, or go-to-market roles, ideally with consumer technology, SaaS, subscription products, or creative tools.
  • Substantial experience working in Brazil or LatAm with deep local knowledge, current relationships, and a strong understanding of its social platforms, creator culture, consumer behavior, and marketing channels.
  • Track record of measurable growth, able to explain owned initiatives and their impact on user acquisition, adoption, conversion, or revenue.
  • Versatile execution across digital campaigns, creator partnerships, community, events, and product launches.
  • Strong localization judgment to adapt a global brand to local expectations.
  • Creative and analytical ability to provide feedback on creative assets and use performance data for decision-making.
  • Independent ownership with the ability to prioritize, manage partners, and move projects forward across teams and time zones.
  • Active interest in AI creativity and willingness to use the product.
  • Experience helping a global product establish or expand its presence in your market.
  • Existing relationships with creators, communities, agencies, or local platforms.
  • Experience marketing AI, video, design, or other creative tools.
  • Experience building successful referral, affiliate, ambassador, or education programs.
  • Experience managing growth across multiple countries or languages.
  • Spanish proficiency and experience in Latin American markets beyond Brazil are strongly preferred.
